Telehealth consultations, evaluations, and any prescriptions are provided by licensed providers subject to their clinical judgment and a separate provider relationship and consent. 3. Accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Purchases, memberships, and payment. Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the products, memberships, or services you order. Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel as described at checkout or by contacting us.

5. SMS Terms. By opting in to text messages from Overtime Men's Health you agree to receive recurring transactional messages and, if you separately consented, marketing messages at the phone number you provided.
